Cut, sew, and stuff a meditation cushion with buckwheat hulls!

The instructor will provide the base, drawstring, and buckwheat hulls.

Student Supply List

  • 1/2 yard of fabric (drapery or upholstery weight fabric) to make the outside cover
  • fabric scissors (if available)

This class is for age 18+

Teacher: Clifford Carter

Clifford has 30 years of upholstery and sewing experience. He is a meditation teacher and holds a patent on this design of meditation cushion.
