East Library will begin an elevator modernization project lasting approximately six weeks on Wed., March 12.

Get started with quilling! Quilling is a type of papercrafting that is done by wrapping small strips of paper around a thin, needle-like tool and forming them into a variety of shapes. It can be used for many projects, including scrapbooking, card-making, and jewelry-making. Click here to watch on YouTube
