East Library will begin an elevator modernization project lasting approximately six weeks on Wed., March 12.

The Library will remain open, but the 2nd floor will only have stair access. Visit ppld.org/east-library-improvements for more information.

Event Details

Take your skills to the next level! Sew a project using Library sewing machines. A basic understanding of sewing machines is required for this class. If you do not have prior sewing experience, please consider taking our Sewing Level 1 class instead. All supplies will be provided. Ages 9 and up.

Creative space agreement: Patrons under 18 will need a signed Creative Space Use Agreement for Minors to use the makerspaces. You are encouraged to submit this at the class so that we have it on file. You must be at least 9 years of age to be in the makerspaces or to attend this class. Children ages 9 – 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
