Event Details

Bag fresh sewing skills! Learn the basics of sewing to create a basic tote bag using a sewing machine.

No previous experience is required. All supplies will be provided by PPLD. Ages 9 and up. We recommend that children under 12 be accompanied by a parent or other adult for this class.

Note: patrons under 18 will need to have a signed Creative Space Use Agreement for Minors to use the Makerspaces during open hours. You are encouraged to submit this at the class so that we have it on file. You must be at least 9 years of age to be in the Makerspaces. Children 9 - 11 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Parking in Manitou Springs can be busy during the summer, so please allow time before the program begins to find a parking spot and use a kiosk in the event the Manitou Library/MAC parking lot is full. Thank you!
