All Pikes Peak Library District locations will be closed Mon., May 26 in observance of Memorial Day. The eLibrary and other online services and resources will still be available.

Old Colorado City Library will be closed on Sat., May 24 due to Territory Days.

East Library will begin an elevator modernization on Wed., March 12.

Bag fresh sewing skills! Learn the basics of sewing to create a basic tote bag using a sewing machine.

No previous experience is required. All supplies will be provided by PPLD. Ages 9 and up. We recommend that children under 12 be accompanied by a parent or other adult for this class.

Note: patrons under 18 will need to have a signed Creative Space Use Agreement for Minors to use the Makerspaces during open hours. You are encouraged to submit this at the class so that we have it on file. You must be at least 9 years of age to be in the Makerspaces. Children 9 - 11 must be accompanied by a guardian.
