Bag fresh sewing skills! Learn the basics of sewing to create a simple roll-up case using a sewing machine.
No previous experience is required. All supplies will be provided by PPLD. Ages 9 and up. If you have already taken an introductory sewing class with us, you can reserve the machines for personal use here.
Note: patrons under 18 will need to have a signed Creative Space Use Agreement for Minors to use the Makerspaces during open hours. You are encouraged to submit this at the class so that we have it on file. You must be at least 9 years of age to be in the Makerspaces. Children 9 - 11 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Parking in Manitou Springs can be busy leading into summer. Please allow time to find a parking spot and use a kiosk in the event the Manitou Springs Library/MAC lot is full. Thank you.
