Senior Fraud and Security Series: Identifying and avoiding online scams

Scams targeting seniors come in many forms. Financial crimes against older adults are costly, widespread, and can be devastating. They are also on the rise. Join us for the Senior Fraud and Security Series where we will discuss the most common scams targeting older adults and how to stop these tricksters in their tracks!

Silver Safe and Secure is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) dedicated to reducing online fraud among seniors through digital safety programs targeted to adults over the age of 50. Join us for a hands-on digital literacy workshop at no cost to participants, designed to educate and empower older adults to protect themselves from the dangers of online scams.

This presentation will help you identify and avoid online scams. Registration is required.
