Description

Revive and Thrive is a crash course in nurturing the energy within for weary moms. We will share tips moms can begin to implement right away to increase their energy without adding overwhelm to their hectic schedule. This one hour workshop is intended to motivate moms in practicing easy healthy habits which will cultivate awareness for self care. Let's focus on the mother in motherhood!
