Description

Restorative yoga is like yoga for your mind. This class is accessible to anyone and everyone! No experience necessary. Restorative yoga is a series of 5-6 supported poses on the floor with guided imagery from myself to help keep your mind from wandering so much while you relax and unwind. It's simply delightful!!
