Restorative Yoga with Siouxsie

Description

Restorative yoga is like yoga for my mind if you will. Accessible to anyone and everyone! You will not break as sweat as you are on the floor the entire practice. It's a series of 5-6 supported poses with guided imagery from me to help keep your mind from wandering so much while you relax and unwind. It's delightful!!

This class is free and I'm asking for peanut butter and jelly donations for the Fresh Start Food Pantry school lunch supply. Thanks for your support!
