Description
Restorative yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga that emphasize movement and strength-building, restorative yoga emphasizes passive stretching, deep breathing, and supported poses held for extended periods. The primary goal of restorative yoga is to promote deep relaxation and release tension from the body and mind.
