Pikes Peak Library District will close at 4 p.m. on New Year's Eve, Wed., Dec. 31, 2025, and remain closed through New Year's Day, Thu., Jan. 1, 2026. The eLibrary, as well as other online services and resources, will still be available.

This will be a class for new investors and anyone who would like to learn how to invest in real estate. The ins and outs of the loans and navigating the process with a real estate agent and a lender. Realtors are welcome to come and learn how to help their business' grow and expand into the would of investing as well!
