The Regional History & Genealogy department will be closed on Sat., June 7 and Sat., June 14 to host the 2025 Pikes Peak Regional History Symposium.

East Library will begin an elevator modernization on Wed., March 12.

PPITT Resource Fair

Description

Pikes Peak Interagency Transition Team (PPITT) annual resource fair (community resources for students/adults with disabilities). We have held it at 21C in the past and are hoping to have it there again (moved to outdoors the last 2 years because of COVID). We would like to have 40 vendors in the Venue with pizza and water set up at the entrance. I will be reserving 2 other spaces- 1 for overflow of vendors and 1 for speakers. We will need 40 rectangular tables and 1-2 chairs per table and then 2 larger tables for the food. If the number of tables is an issue- a lot of agencies can bring their own tables.
