This class is perfect for beginners and advanced participants alike. Whether you have done Pilates for years or brand new, this class will challenge you and help build a whole-body focused core. This dynamic mat Pilates class will utilize traditional Pilates exercises as well as new, hybrid moves, that will help keep your metabolism confused, provide a great full body workout, and guide you to a stronger core, longer spine, and more pelvic-sacral awareness. Bring water, towel, and yoga mat (if available).
This class will be held in the Reading Bay.
