Have you always wondered what it would be like performing in front of an audience? How does one do a stand-up, recite a poem or even sing confidently and passionately?

Calling all aspiring performers in the Pikes Peak Region. Pikes Peak Live! is back for it's second year!

Pikes Peak Live! is an all-day event that consists of performing art workshops and will culminate with a talent showcase by the participants for the public.

The day will start with a series of workshops where participants can choose to attend either poetry, singing and performance, or stand-up comedy workshops. Participants then will come together for a Q&A session (panel style) where they’ll learn some tips and tricks on performing on stage and prep them for the showcase. The day will conclude with a talent showcase where participants can take part and test the waters by performing in front of an audience.

The showcase is open to public viewing. If you want to attend the showcase, plan to arrive at 2:45 p.m. It will end at 5:00 p.m.
