Is your nonprofit organization up and running but doesn’t seem to be gaining traction or floundering? Are you looking at ways to stabilize or put some order into the chaos to get it as healthy as possible? Join Rebecca Rodriguez, author of, The Nonprofit Workbook: Tips & Best Practices for Start-Ups Serving the Greater Common Good, for a workshop geared to those who have already started a 501c3. Rebecca will focus on a lifecycle approach and discuss the differences between an organization in idea, start-up, or growth stage and what characterizes each of these stages. Within each of these stages, there is order and best practices to ensure leadership knows how to "tighten up", and “strengthen” the organization with a focus on governance, its program, the business model, or staffing. Participants will have an opportunity to purchase a copy of Rebecca's book, either as an eAudio or physical book. Light refreshments will be provided.
