The fifth concert in our summer lawn concert series features the music of The Storys!

In 2004, THE STORYS were born. When the couple met two years earlier in their fifties, Bill mainly played guitar on his own. After Bill’s serenades, Nancy picked up the guitar and couldn’t put it down. When they went professional, Bill named the duo THE STORYS. They wanted to fill the spaces between songs with stories about the artist and other musical fun facts.

Together, they specialize in harmony, singing the magic songs of the 50s, 60s, 70s and more—songs they both are attracted to. Performing Bill’s originals and covering rock and roll, folk, country and a variety of hits from many musical eras with two acoustic-electric guitars and Bill’s harmonica, THE STORYS have played more than 800 gigs in 18 years. Dancing and singing along have always been encouraged!  Find about more about THE STORYS at their website.

The Pikes Peak Library District is proud to present the 2022 Manitou Springs Library Lawn Concert Series! Concerts will be on Wednesdays in June and July, 6 - 7:30 p.m.
