East Library will begin an elevator modernization project lasting approximately six weeks on Wed., March 12.

This live indoor Pickling Technique Class will teach you how to pickle vegetables, fruit, and summer relish. You will learn tested and researched based techniques to safely pickle.  Covers water-bath canning basics to ensure safe preservation.
