Event Details

A gentle class taught by a registered yoga teacher for caregivers and infants they love (4 weeks to crawling). Special attention focused on baby bonding and postpartum moms. Please be sure to check with your health care provider to be sure you and baby are ready for the program. You will need a mat/beach towel and a baby blanket.
