This class teaches the student how to use the KitchenAid mixer to make bread dough. Class includes hands-on experience making dough, proofing, braiding a 6-strand braid, decorating, and baking Challah bread. 

Supplies: All supplies will be provided

Teacher: Christina Krych

Christina Krych, owner of The Bread Stork, a made-to-order bakery, will teach the class. She has been baking bread for 10 years and has an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry from PPCC.
