Join us for an interactive presentation from Alex Altenburger, a Sports Physical Therapist at Children’s Hospital Colorado! Alex will be presenting on the topic of Keeping Kids Active and will discuss the focus areas of physical fitness by age group, tips on how parents can implement activities from home and recommended levels and activity versus actual level of activity in kids. We will also have a special appearance from the Colorado Springs Switchbacks F.C. We hope to see you there!
