Join us for an informal session to learn what mindfulness and meditation are, their benefits, and how to start making them a part of your life. We'll start with a few minutes of easy mindful movement, followed by a guided meditation and tips and resources for starting mindfulness and meditation practices. Dress in comfortable clothing and come ready to learn simple ways to be more present in your life. Registration Required.
