Have you ever wanted to create your own designs for the laser cutter but not known how to make them? This session will provide a basic overview on how to use the free software Inkscape to create images you can cut or engrave using our makerspace's laser cutter. 

You will learn the basics while designing your own custom wooden earrings or keychains to keep for yourself or give as a gift! You will leave the class with a finished product and the confidence to design more creative projects. All supplies will be provided. No prior knowledge of the laser is required.
