Event Details
Learn to create and modify vector graphics using the free, open-source software Inkscape! This class will focus on preparing graphics for use on our makerspace laser cutters. We will cover the use of clip art as well as creating original designs using Inkscape’s shape and text functions. Registration required.
Notes:
- This class is recommended for those with basic computer use skills.
- You will need to return at a later date if you wish to laser engrave your design. Use of PPLD's laser cutters requires badging (more information here).
- This class is being offered at multiple libraries; please help ensure that other patrons have the opportunity to participate in this program by only registering for one class session.
