Event Details
This course will provide a basic understanding of sound, audio signal flow, microphones, analog and digital audio mixers, and sound system setup. In this class, attendees will have the following experiences:
- Explore the components of a mixing console and learn how to use one to create a quality mix
- Learn how to set up a monitor and loudspeaker -- find out how to get a signal to both while avoiding feedback
- Discuss tips and tricks on how to craft a solid live sound mix
Come have fun with basic audio techniques at Sand Creek Library's Studio 916! All materials will be provided.
