He will discuss his book, 50 Ways to Love Wine More and give advice about wine tastings, wine travel, wine buying, wine pairing, wine sharing, wine history and much more.

Jim Laughren, CWE, is also the award-winning author of “A Beer Drinker’s Guide to Knowing and Enjoying Fine Wine,” named a Kirkus “Indie Book of the Year” in 2013. He loves wine, and he has for a very long time. Known for his irreverent approach and abiding enthusiasm for all things fermented, he is president of Chicago-based WineHead Consulting and a former importer-distributor of fine wines from around the world. He loves nothing more than sharing his passion for excellent wine with others, whether by developing wine lists and beverage programs or through wine tastings or training.
