East Library will begin an elevator modernization project lasting approximately six weeks on Wed., March 12.

You'll be inspired by Pop Artist Michael Albert's colorful, iconic masterpieces, then use the same kinds of materials he uses to create a unique collage with color and text. For ages 7 and older.
