Ruth Holley Library will be temporarily closed for approximately one week starting Mon., Dec. 2 to complete roof repairs.

All Pikes Peak Library District locations will close at 6 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 27 and will be closed on Thu., Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Rockrimmon Library will close on Sun., Dec. 1.

Manitou Springs Library is temporarily closed to prepare for its move in early 2025.

Event Details

Use your detective skills to learn about meteorites and impact craters here on Earth and on the moon! We will use some “mystery” items to practice classifying or describing meteorites, and we’ll create some craters of our own using common household items. Attention: Peanuts are used in the program. For ages 7 - 12. Registration required.
