Ruth Holley Library will be temporarily closed for approximately one week starting Mon., Dec. 2 to complete roof repairs.

All Pikes Peak Library District locations will close at 6 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 27 and will be closed on Thu., Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Rockrimmon Library will close on Sun., Dec. 1.

Manitou Springs Library is temporarily closed to prepare for its move in early 2025.

What makes sound? How does it travel?

Come and enjoy an interactive program about the basics of sound. We will do experiments with a Chladni plate, tuning forks, and other items as well as talk about the sound production of a stringed instrument.
