Event Details

Everyone is a creative genius! Join us for a poetry workshop geared towards 4th and 5th graders that will encourage students to use their imagination and share their voices. Students will be led through guided poetry prompts with a focus on metaphor and will also get the chance to practice performing their work and learn tips and tools for public speaking. Have fun writing and letting out your creativity through poetry!

Older students are welcome to attend but will not be eligible to enter the poetry contest. Presented by Poetry719.
