Come celebrate High Prairie Library's 13th birthday party, presented by Friends of the Library! Any time between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., drop in for goodies and giveaways. No tricks, only treats! Thank you for 13 years, and we hope to continue serving the community for many more!
