Ashlea Tobeck, Executive chef at Children’s Hospital Colorado will be hosting a Good for the Budget and Good for You healthy cooking demonstration. Ashlea will be preparing a southwest chicken black bean bowl and will discuss meal planning and bulk meal prepping tips. We’ve also provided the ingredients for this dish so that you can follow along at home! Zoom link will be emailed to participants before the program.
