Description
Golden Hikers of Colorado Springs presents Dr. Scott Runyon, our favorite physical therapist from Backcountry Physical Therapy, who will present "Preventing Hiking Injuries." This is an INTERACTIVE presentation so please wear comfortable clothes. You must have our Waiver on file, as well as sign Backcountry PT's waiver. A copy of Dr. Scott's e-book will be available by email.
