Description

Amount of Time - 60 min
This is a free community meditation group. In this meeting, we discuss the following:

Basic of Breathing Techniques-Breathe of opening: We move into discussing and training our breath. We have three main locations where we can guide the breath for simplicity. we have our belly, our chest, and our upper clavicle. We strengthen the breath by focused, rhythmic, controlled inhalation, holds, and controlled rhythmic exhalation. Through concentrated effort, we can open the cardiovascular system and increase the strength of our breath. 15-20 min.

Interactive Mindfulness "The power of the mind" - We break down how incredible the human mind is. We explain how to generate in real-time strength and healing through thought patterns, how fear is used against the common individual, and how to cultivate Love and courage. 15 - 20min

Meditation Practice- the stillness of the mind, body, and soul: We break down our understanding of the human faculties to understand our being. We then put in action and practice meditation (complete stillness of body, mind, and spirit). 15-20 min
