All Pikes Peak Library District locations will close at 6 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 27 and will be closed on Thu., Nov. 28 in observance of Thanksgiving.  The eLibrary and other online services and resources will still be available.

Rockrimmon Library will close on Sun., Dec. 1.

Manitou Springs Library is temporarily closed to prepare for its move in early 2025.

Join Pikes Peak Library District as we welcome UCCS Theatreworks for Free-For-All: PERICLES, directed by Max Shulman. Theatre happens anywhere intrepid actors and audiences meeting. Theatreworks\' Free-For-All program brings Shakespeare to libraries, schools, community and senior centers, and parks throughout the Pikes Peak region. In May, June, and July 2023, Free-For-All shares a 75-minute PERICLES, a fast-paced journey of heroes, villains, shipwrecks, pirates, jousting and more in a sweeping adventure that was Shakespeare\'s most popular play for over 100 years!

This event will be held behind the East Library, at George Fellows Park, 5711 Tuckerman Dr.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be held in the Community Room at the East Library, 5550 N. Union Blvd.
