Learn more about PPLD's Food Industry Training Program and take the mandatory pre-test for admission. 

Our 5-week intensive training program will help you learn the skills you need to enter a career in the culinary industry.

The first half hour with give you a chance to hear about the program's purpose and content, meet the Chef Instructor, and find out how Food Industry Training can help you prepare for a new career. 

The mandatory Basic Education Testing will take place from noon - 2 p.m. This test is for planning purposes so that we know what level of support to offer during the training. Performance on the test will not affect your eligibility for the Food Industry Training.
