Event Details

This is a two-part class. Registering for this class will register you for the following sessions:

  • Friday, December 1 - 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, December 2 - 10:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Have you been wanting to try out Studio916 but aren’t sure where to get started? In this workshop, local audio professional Ernest Laconic Wingo will guide you through the process of writing, recording, and producing an audio poem. Create a new poem, bring a personal piece, or select from provided poetry materials. You’ll find your creative voice, learn more working with studio equipment, and use industry standard software to edit your track. No studio or poetry experience is required, just bring an open mind and we’ll help you do the rest.
