Event Details

This intensive two-part virtual workshop provides a comprehensive overview of novel writing for beginning novelists. It covers the basics of novel conception, plotting/planning, character development and arc, story structure, tension, conflict, dialogue, point-of-view (POV), editing and revision.

Have you always wanted to write a novel but you’re not sure where to start? Are you already writing but unsure of the basic building blocks for a good novel? Are you nearing the end of your first draft and aren’t sure what to do next? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, this workshop can prepare you to move up to the next level of novel writing. All ages, abilities, and fiction genres welcome.

A zoom link will be emailed to participants prior to the class.
