Description
This class teaches how to dye fabric with fiber reactive dyes using a dye bath.
This is a technical class where we will learn mathematical equations to create dye baths to make and reproduce colors.
We will learn how to create a dye bath, how to create stock solutions, how to mix colors, how to recreate the same color, and how to create different depths of dye with the same color.
This class is good for those who dye yarn, and for those using fabric, such as quilters, garment sewers and surface designers, to create their own unique colors.
In the end we will create a color reference guide.
