Culinary Basics and Knife Skills is an introductory culinary class designed to teach students foundational culinary skills. The program runs for 4 consecutive days and meets for 3 hours each day.
Due to limited space in the Kitchen, interested patrons must submit an application and complete a phone interview before they can be registered for the class.
