Caring for Yourself Is….  As a caregiver are you harsh with yourself?  Do you beat yourself up for your decisions?  Do you feel depressed because you are constantly comparing yourself to others?  In this presentation Kent Mathews, MSW, will talk about why it hurts so much to care for someone you love and will discuss ways to increase your emotional stamina.
