Description
This is a level 1 meditation class meant to teach the fundamentals and key principles of meditation. We will start with a small introduction of everyone and how we are currently feeling. We then move into some hip opener stretches for 10-15min, followed by fundamental principles of meditation positions. We move to the importance of developing our human faculties, followed by a mindful discussion of our current Homelessness issues. From city issues to individual struggles, we discuss what is happening around us and the effects we see. We then finish with level 1 breathwork training and 15-20 min meditation.
