Description
This is a level 1 meditation class meant to teach the fundamentals and key principles of meditation. We will start with a small introduction of everyone and how we are currently feeling. We then move into some hip opener stretches for 10-15min, followed by fundamental principles of meditation positions. We move to the importance of developing our human faculties, followed by a mindful discussion of our current environment. From city issues to individual struggles, we discuss what is happening around us and the effects we see. We then finish with level one breathwork training and 15-20 min meditation.
