Tue., Jan. 13: Cheyenne Mountain Library is opening on a delayed start of 11 a.m. due to plumbing issues.

Pikes Peak Library District is closed Fri., Jan. 16, for staff development and Mon., Jan. 19, to observe the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. The eLibrary, as well as other online services and resources, will still be available.

Join the us for an informative presentation from the Colorado Springs Parks and Recreation department! The mountains, foothills and prairies, in and around Colorado Springs house many different animals that formed adaptations to live here. Join Cody, City of Colorado Springs, Natural Resource Specialist, to learn about these diverse animal adaptations. Examine unique characteristics that make Colorado Wildlife more suited to their environment and help them thrive in such an ever changing climate.
