Anime Fan Fest: Japanese Language and Pop-Culture

Are you interested in learning more about the Japanese language and how the characters are written and used? Do you enjoy hearing about current and past Japanese pop-culture trends? Come learn from Mioko Webster, professor of Japanese at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and some of her college students as they discuss the language and culture of the Japanese people. Try your hand at writing Japanese language characters, or folding some origami! Ages 12-18.
