Let's go to the next level by adding multiple colors to your scarf or table runner.
We will use direct color tie-ups from a wide array of yarn types and colors.
Who is the class for? Beginners and up, age 18+
Learning Outcome: Students will know how to add yarn to create personalized colorways in their piece.
Teacher: Mary Madison
In addition to creating her own artwork in ceramics, art quilts, and weaving, Mary teaches several fiber arts classes at MAC. She is a published author having researched and written a book entitled "Plantation Slave Weavers Remember". She lead a group of artists to establish an art gallery and was owner and instructor of a Pottery Studio. She is a strong advocate of the arts encouraging people of all ages to engage in art-making for the sheer joy of it.
