Pikes Peak Library District (PPLD) will serve as Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPC) at four Library locations in the District:
• East Library, 5550 N. Union Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80918
• Library 21c, 1175 Chapel Hills Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80920
• Ruth Holley Library, 685 N. Murray Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80915
• Sand Creek Library, 1821 S. Academy Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80916
VSPC hours:

Fri., Nov. 1 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Sat., Nov. 2 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Mon., Nov. 4 from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Election Day - Tue., Nov. 5 from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Additionally, two PPLD locations will serve as ballot drop box sites: East Library and Library 21c. The 24-hour secure boxes are monitored by the County Clerk & Recorder’s Office during election seasons. Ballots will be mailed beginning Fri., Oct. 11 and may be dropped off at any of the ballot drop boxes located within El Paso County.

Ballots are mailed to active registered voters beginning Fri., Oct. 11.

Citizens may register to vote or update their voter record at least 8 days before an election at GoVoteColorado.gov to have a ballot mailed to them.

If less than eight days before an election, citizens must visit a Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC) or the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder’s Office to register and receive a ballot in person. Voters may do both through Election Day, Tue., Nov. 5.

To register to vote through a voter registration drive, applications must be submitted no later than 22 days before an election.

Ballots should be dropped in the mail at least eight days before election day. Postmarks do not count. There are 24/7 secure ballot drop boxes throughout the county to return your ballot.

Tue., Nov. 5 – Election Day. Ballots must be received by El Paso County Elections Department by 7 p.m. Postmarks do not count.

Pikes Peak Library District is solely acting as a polling place and provides the IT infrastructure that the County Clerk & Recorder’s Office uses to conduct their activities supporting elections. Their office, along with the Colorado Secretary of State, are responsible for the security and integrity of the information transmitted. All election/voting issues should be referred to El Paso County Elections Department.
Library staff are not authorized to collect, handle, or deposit election ballots. Ballots must be deposited in official election department secure ballot drop boxes at designated locations.
