Do you have a crabby back or a creaky neck? Try Chair Yoga! During this one-hour practice, participants will move and stretch their entire bodies, being mindful of how everything feels while doing so. The goal with class is to have everyone leaving the class time feeling better than they did when arriving. Each class provides the opportunity to completely stretch and move your body, beginning with centering, moving through breathwork, and ending with deep relaxation. Students will be seated and standing, using the chair if needed. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and move accordingly. Beginners are welcome in the class, and no experience is necessary.
